This tool is for removing the 3rd gear hub otherwise known as the top & reverse clutch hub assembly that contains the 2 pinion support bearings and the final drive pinion gear.

The bearing tool is 18G620 and they are not interchangeable due to the design of the bush and bearing and using the incorrent tool for the job will damage the part or parts being installed and probably the tooling as well.

The tool for doing the bush (ADO15 & ADO50) is 18G584 and for fitting the other bearing (ADO88 & LC8) is 18G1223 and they are not interchangeable due to the design of the bush and bearing and the different fitment depth, using the incorrent tool for the job will damage the part or parts being installed and probably the tool being used.
